Infinity International Engineering was contracted to recommend and implement an improved plant layout at the Honeywell Prestone Facility in Cuatitlan, Mexico.

Our team assessed the existing layout, and drafted several options for Honeywell to choose from.

• The awarded contract included:
• Removal and relocation of a chemical filling line.
• Relocation of numerous racks.
• Relocation of existing product.

The project was completed within 10 working days during the holiday shutdown period. Honeywell was able to significantly reduce monthly rent expence by relinquishing 10,000 square feet of space.
